Dear Parents.
Year 1 and some Year 2 children will be having their phonics screening checks in the week commencing Monday 12th June.
You are invited to a short meeting on Wednesday 8th February at 5.30pm in Class 4, where Mrs Fitzgibbons and Miss Barnes will be able to explain to you what this means for your child. They will provide resources and advice on how to help your child at home, as well as detailing what support will be given in school to help your child. The screening process itself will also be explained. Refreshments will be provided.
