Dear Parents, 
Just a short letter to clarify arrangements for our School Party on Tuesday 16th December. £4 due as soon as possible please, School will make up the balance.
- Pupils to come to school dressed in their party clothes. Please make sure that their footwear is sensible not only to party the afternoon away, but to be able to walk to the Chequers Hotel. (They may like to bring party shoes in a named bag as an alternative suggestion)
- All Staff will walk the children to Chequers for their meal at 11.45am to eat at 12.00 noon. (Full Christmas dinner provided, with entertainment and a visit from Santa!) No parent helpers needed thank you.
- All Pupils to be picked up from Chequers Hotel at 3.00pm. SCHOOL WILL BE CLOSED.
- Your child will be brought out in classes to ensure safe handover, please be patient should this take a bit of time.
- If your child is to be collected by someone other than yourself please indicate on the form overleaf.
We anticipate a fantastic time and a super opportunity for the children to visit a Hotel for a party, food and entertainment.
