7TH May, 2014
Dear Parents,
I hope you have had a relaxing May Day Bank holiday. Please find attached a summary of events for this term as promised. These dates may be subject to change with additional events added.
We were thrilled to receive a letter from Ofsted stating that they had conducted an Interim Assessment, based on a variety of criteria, (explained in the letter attached) and on that premise they were not going to inspect our School until Summer Term 2015 at the earliest.
The hard work, resulting in our results being well above National and Local Authority average, is testament to everyone in our School family; the Pupils, Staff, Parents and Governors. On everyone’s behalf I thank you and hope that in the future we can aspire to move from Good (Outstanding EYFS, Safeguarding and SEN) to Outstanding across the board.
May I remind Parents to park responsibly in the vicinity of School and re-iterate the importance of Pupils using “The Green Cross Code” when crossing
May I also remind Parents that dogs are not allowed on School premises.
Thank you for your help and support.
Yours sincerely
Miss Helen R. Watt
Headteacher
