Dear Parents,
As you already know, your child has been selected to perform at the South Cumbria Music Festival at the Coronation Hall in Ulverston on Thursday the 28th of March.
We are meeting at the Coronation Hall at 1.15pm and the performance will finish at approximately 5pm.
Full uniform is required. For boys this includes blue school jumper, white polo shirt, grey trousers and school shoes. For girls this includes blue school cardigan, white polo shirt, grey skirt, white knee socks and school shoes. Please can the children bring a hair brush and two matching bobbles to school with them so that the Staff can plait their hair.
School have now been issued with tickets for the performance, these are available from the office at £3 each on a first come first served basis. Unfortunately, as there are 23 children in the choir and we have only been issued with 14 tickets, a maximum of one ticket per family will be given. We appreciate that there are not enough tickets for every family to have one each, please be aware that these tickets have been issued by the Music Festival and school has no responsibility for how many tickets have been given to school.
