Dear Parents,
On Thursday 7th March it is World Book Day when the children may come to school dressed as their favourite character from a book by Eric Carle, such as The Very Hungry Caterpillar which was first published in 1969, 50 years ago.
Other titles include –
- The Very Quiet Cricket
- The Bad Tempered Ladybird
- Brown Bear, Brown Bear.
- The Tiny Seed
- Dragons, Dragons.
- The Mixed Up Chameleon
- The Honey Bee and the Robber.
Just a reminder that school closes at 3.00pm on Friday 15th February for half term and re-opens on Monday 25th February.
