Dear Parents,
The Friends of School have asked me to write to you to make you aware that this year they are raising money to buy much needed classroom equipment and games, to subsidise trips and to fund visiting performers to school.
The first event is a Summer Fair which takes place on Tuesday the 17th of July from 3pm. Donations of items for our Raffle, Tombola, Bottle Hoopla, and Cake Stall would be very much appreciated, as would any other fundraising ideas.
If you, or someone you know, would like a stall at the summer fair please contact the school office as soon as possible. The fee is £10 payable in advance.
The Friends of School would be grateful for any help you can give in setting up or manning of the stalls. We will be setting up from 2pm. Please let us know as soon as possible.
