Dear Parents,
Tomorrow the children will be visiting their new classes in preparation for September.
As the number of children in both Year 1 and Year 2 is low, the children will be in 3 smaller classes in a morning and 2 larger classes with STA support in an afternoon. In the morning, there will be a Year 1 class taught by Mrs. Fitzgibbons, a Year 2 class taught by Mrs. Fuller and a class of the youngest Year 2 children with the eldest Year 1, taught by Mrs. Lett and Mrs. Walton. In the afternoon, all Year 2 will be with Mrs. Fuller and all Year 1 with Mrs. Fitzgibbons. Mrs. Steel will be working alongside both Year 1 and Year 2.
We have used this as an opportunity for Staff to develop an engaging curriculum which is suited to the children’s abilities, needs and interests so that all children are working towards reaching their full potential.
