Dear Parents,
On Monday 12th December we are once again taking the children to Chequers Hotel for their lunch.
This will be a two course meal plus a drink, followed by a Disco and party games and a present from Santa.
We are asking for a contribution of £5 towards the cost of this, as we will use the money that we should pay Dowdales for the school meal towards the balance.
Can you please send this in as soon as possible. Pupils may come to school dressed in their party clothes.
Please make sure that their footwear is appropriate for the day. All Staff will walk the children down for their meal at 11.45am to eat at 12.00 noon.
No parent helpers needed thank you. All Pupils need to be picked up from Chequers Hotel at 3.00pm.
If your child is to be collected by someone other than yourself please let the class teacher know.
If you wish your child to stay at After School Club please let us know as soon as possible and we will walk them back to School for this.
We are going to St. Mary’s
Everyone is welcome to walk with us. Children may bring donations for the trees and adults are expected to make a £1 donation to Church Funds.
On the return journey Year 2 children will be stopping at the Co-op to sing Carols to the customers for a short while.
School closes at 2pm on Friday 16th December for the Christmas Break and reopens at 8.55am on Thursday 5th January 2017.
