Dear Parents,
On Friday the 30th of September we will be holding a MacMillan Coffee Afternoon in the
school Hall. This is an opportunity for you to visit your child’s classroom for an informal
chat with the teacher to see how your child has settled into their new class. Donations of
items for a raffle, tombola or cake stall would be very much appreciated.
This year each child has once again designed a Christmas card which can be professionally
printed and made into packs of cards with envelopes. You are invited to come and view
your child’s designs which will be on show at the Coffee afternoon. If you wish to order
any packs of the cards, the first pack of 12 cards is £5.50 with additional packs at £4.50,
gift tags £2.50. You may also choose the greeting inside the cards or leave it blank should
you so wish. Payment must be made at the time of ordering please as we need to send off
the designs by the beginning of October.
