Dear Parents,

 

If your child has a Let’s Create t-shirt, please could they bring this into school as soon as possible, so we are able to ensure all children will have an outfit for the UDance performance.

 

There will be a professional film-maker filming the performance. It is essential that all parents of children taking part have given their consent for their child to be filmed. Please sign the slip below if you consent for your child to be filmed and for the DVD to be available for public sale. If we have every parent’s consent then we can have our performance included on the DVD and you can purchase a copy should you like to for £8.00.   Please also state on the slip below if you would like to purchase a DVD and send in your remittance with the slip.
