Dear Parents,

 

Next Thursday 3^rd March is World Book Day.  Each class will be basing their learning around a different book.

Nursery       -        Very Hungry Caterpillar

Class 1         -        Winnie the Witch

Class 2         -        Letterland Books

Class 4         -        The Day the Crayons Quit

Class 5         -        Percy the Park Keeper

Class 6         -        Charlie Cook’s Favourite Book

 

If you wish, your child may come dressed as a character from this book (see reverse of letter).

 

Children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 will be visiting Dalton Library on Thursday 3^rd March,

                 Reception 10.00 to 10.30am (leaving school at 9.45am)

                 Year 2      10.30 to 11.00am (leaving school at 10.15am)

                 Year 1       11.00 to 11.30am (leaving school at 10.45am)

 

Parent helpers are more than welcome to walk down with us. 

 

At 2.45pm the same day you are invited to come and look at what your child has been doing for World Book Day.  The Book Fair will also be open for browsing.
